Who we are.

Ovi's Little Lessons is run by [LEGAL NAME], a sole trader in the Czech Republic (ID No. [IČO]), [POSTAL ADDRESS]. Contact: hello@ovislittlelessons.com. [LEGAL NAME] is the controller of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect.

Your email address and, if you give it, your first name. When you sign up we also record the date, time, IP address and form you used, to prove you gave consent. Our emails measure opens and link clicks so we can see what's useful.

Why, and on what basis.

To send you the free printable you asked for and our weekly email (new lessons, tips, book recommendations, sometimes affiliate links). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it anytime by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or by writing to us; this doesn't affect sending done before.

Who processes it.

Our email service provider MailerLite processes your data on our behalf under a data processing agreement; data is hosted in the EU. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g. to MailerLite, Inc. in the USA), it is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell, rent or share your email with anyone else.

How long.

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you don't open or click our emails for a long time, we may ask whether you still want them and remove you if you don't answer. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 7 days. We keep a minimal record of unsubscribed addresses only so we don't email you again.

Your rights.

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Write to hello@ovislittlelessons.com; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.gov.cz) or the authority where you live.

Children.

Our emails are meant for adults. You must be 16 or older to sign up. If we learn that we've collected data from a child under 16, we delete it.

Affiliate links.

Some links in our emails and on our website are affiliate links (e.g. Amazon, Audible). If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Clicking such a link takes you to that company's site, which has its own privacy policy.

Changes.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and tell subscribers about important changes by email.
